Central's Robert Lewis topped 1,100 points in his career

Overlooked in the drama of three overtime games and a four-point victory during two post-season tournaments was a milestone Central senior Robert Lewis reached.

Lewis broke the 1,000-point scoring mark with 29 against Cranston East in the first round of the Dvision I Championship. He followed with 12 against Bishop Hendricken in the division semifinals, 24 against Cranston West in overtime in the division final, 16 against Juanita Sanchez in the first round of the State Championship, 28 against North Kingstown in overtime in the quarterfinals, and 26 aganist Tiverton in double overtime in the semifinals.

Lewis finished his high-school career with 1,124 points
