Moses Brown and Barrington to meet again tomorrow for DII softball title

Softball fans will have to wait another day to find out who will reign as the 2009 Division II state champion. Barrington handed Moses Brown its first loss today, 3-2, at R.I. College. Because it was the Quakers' first loss in the double-elimination tournament, the teams will play an "if game," tomorrow at 2 p.m. at RIC.

With the score tied at 2-all going into the top of the seventh, Meredith O'Connell doubled to left center, stole third and then scored on Monica Koehler's two-out line drive up the middle for what would prove to be the winning run.
