Barrington's Ed Hjerpe named HSGameTime Athlete of the Week

The Eagles senior overcame a three-stroke deficit with a two-over 74 on the final 18 holes and captured the individual title in the annual Challenge Cup High School tournament with a 36-hole total of 153 at the Alpine Country Club last week.

This week's Game of the Week is the Thursday night girls lacrosse matchup between Barrington and Moses Brown, a rematch of last year's championship game.
