Exeter-West Greenwich alum Davis is track performer of the week

Exeter-West Greenwich graduate and Vassar College sophomore Brittany Davis was honored as the women's track Liberty League Performer of the Week on Monday.

Running at the Willie Williams Classic hosted by the University of Arizona, Davis shined for the Vassar women, finishing second in the steeplechase.

She ran a 12:57 in her first steeplechase of the year.

As a freshman, Davis twice earned Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors.

Davis, a
2007 graduate of Exeter-West Greenwich, lettered in track four years.
