La Salle girls ranked 14th in ESPN RISE Preseason hoops poll

The ESPN RISE Preseason Girls Basketball poll has La Salle ranked 14th in the East Region.

The two-time Division I State Champion Rams will host Christ the King Regional High School of Middle Village, N.Y. - ranked second in the East by ESPN RISE - at La Salle, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. (There will be a junior varsity game at 12:30 p.m.)

Like La Salle, the Royals are coming off a championship year, having captured the Girls Class A title of the New York State Federation Tournament of Champions last March.

Proceeds from the game will go the Rhode Island Injury Fund.
